Autism is a congenital disease. It affects remains throughout the life. To make the child independent on himself, one should be given speech & behaviour therapy.

Making work available for autistic people is a wonderful idea! It fills a great niche. I think I've done something similar by offering a particular
source of at home work for bipolar people. Bipolar people sometimes have a lot of
down time and can't get to work. This particular work from home still involves contact
with real live people and provides opportunity for time freedom, schedule freedom, and
no cap on the income.
