That's just her main picture, and the job search is a blog entry, so when you open up the entry, that's how you see it. If you're using the internet for a career development tool, why in the world would you have that type of picture available ANYPLACE??  Maybe it's me, but personally I'd be very concerned about having that photo available on the internet in any way shape or form.
