How about AMATEUR EXPERIENCE? Also "enjoy" reading a summary that says the person is a "professional HR Executive" - as if there are amateur ones (well, that's another story).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Don't write email before your email and tel before the only telephone number on your resume - duh. Leave of all non-essential ink - like the thick double line at the top of your resume and the ones that deliniate different sections.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And I'll echo the personality - the last part of my experience section speaks to my 30 years lifeguarding experience - yes, and still current - at Jones Beach in New Yawk.
