Blogs provide the unique opportunity to create goodwill and education with a customer base by allowing customers to "build it" and have "the corporation come".  This may indeed be the new support and marketing model of the future.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I feel this goes much further at creating one-to-one-marketing, market feedback, and humanizing the firm.
