www.zookoda.com. it is exactly what you describe and very nicely put together too. i used it for www.rideforsickkids.org and it was great.

australian built ...they are tryingto sell the company as well.

feedblitz is ugly and inelegant and expensive by comparison. i've used that as well for other sites
